Contrary to popular belief, a small scar remains in the incision area after breast augmentation surgery. In inframammary incisions, the scar is less clearly hidden in the natural fold of the breast.

Silicone implants used in Breast Enlargement surgeries are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 10 years and are theoretically suitable for lifetime use. However, visual integrity may be impaired due to weight changes, aging, tissue loosening and chronic diseases. It can be protected for a very long time with regular doctor control and additional operations.
